GATE VALVES are popularly used for many industrial applications, particularly for the smooth and unobstructed flow of material. It facilitate with the least pressure drop. It is mostly required for controlling action for varied industrial operations.

We offer high quality gate valves for varied conditions of applications. We provide gate valves for high temperature, corrosion, high pressure, erosion, vacuum and other specific need. Our gate valves are preferred for tight shutoff, consistency, optimum safety and longer service life.

Gate valves contain bonnet, body, stem and gate. The name itself suggests construction design of the valve. Gate slips between the seats and it opens with the direction of flow. Gate of the valves lifted with right angle and allow full opening that ensures minimum pressure drop. Our series of gate valves are available with full bore and full opening.

Our range of gate valves are offered with varied options of bonnet like pressure seal bonnet, bolted bonnet, union bonnet and seal welded bonnet.
Seat rings are available with options like screwed-in seat ring and seal welded seat rings that ensure proper tightness. It ensures high durability.

It is also available with solid wedge, dual disc designs, parallel wedge and flexible wedge. It is designed as per API-600 and API 6D.

Lapped backseat is provided for total assurance of re-packing under pressure for the full open condition of valve. It also helps replacement of the stem packing on requirement.

Depending upon the application, we provide our gate valves with different options of construction material. We make use of cast carbon steel, alloy steel and all grades stainless steel, duplex and super duplex steel. We also provide gate valves constructed with alloy-20, hastelloy-C. operational conditions decide the material of construction for gasket and gland packing.

Our range of gate valve 150 is available for defined pressure rating. We have developed such series with varied size range. It is available with valve size 2” to 12”. The threads are kept far from the flowing liquid. It is easy to lubricate.
